The book presents these in an efficient question-and-answer format and incorporates an extremely comprehensive set of tables and figures. Mathcad was used to generate most of the plots and solve many of the equations, and the author includes the Mathcad programs for many of these. Designed to be of long-lasting value to engineers, researchers, and students, this book is ideal both for quick reference and as a text for upper-level and graduate electrical and computer engineering courses. Reviews: Let me be clear on front. This review is not about the material and contents of the book because I have not finishied reviewing it yet! However, I was so disappointed on CRC Press quality of the pages in this book. This book has over 2000 pages of material but the papers are so thin that if you Sneez it will get blown away. They are so thin that material on both side of page are transparent. It is unbelievably poor quality. Look at the price being charged for this book. I guess qulality doen't matter in these days. Note that this is suppose to be a Handbook!! It means it will get used in lab and in office so a decent paper for the money that is paid is not too much to ask. My apology to the author for this review because he has put in lot of effort in this work that is demalished by CRC press publishing. Be aware! |
